About: After a breach and a loss of sand at the Dawlish
Warren in 1963 and 1964 a series of timber groynes and gabion basket were
added to the beach by The Environment Agency to try help promote a healthy beach
and dune system.

Dog Friendly Beach

About: When we went to Mill Bay beach we found that it was a dog friendly beach which was a bonus for us as we take the mixed up collie everywhere. We did not see the person fishing catch anything but what a delightful spot to enjoy your sport.

About: The vast amount of fine yellow sand at Crow Point and beyond make a fantastic photograph with this large rock in the foreground. look at the base of the rock and it is possible to see the sand blowing around as it was such a windy day.

About: Devon seaside attractions seem to boasts a large number of beach huts in bright and cheerful colours. Even though the sky was blue the air was too cold to sit on the beach for any amount of time.and a lot of people just enjoyed a stroll along the sea......
