About: Dittisham is referred to in the Domesday book as Didasham and it is famous for its plums. Of special importance is a variety called 'plowman' but others like 'little reds' and 'little blacks' are also popular.

About: It is difficult not to be moved by this beautiful Statue on Capstone Hill. It is a memorial erected by the family of a young Russian girl called Ekaterine (Kate) Frolov, who tragically fell to her death in July 2000, from the cliffs

About: This pretty depiction of the Tar Barrel run at Hatherleigh is not immediately spotted. The plaque under is very difficult to read but it seems to indicate that it was done by Sally Mever or Meyer in 1997. We loved all the sculptures and history in Ha......

About: Coming out of the car park at Hatherleigh we were greeted by this gorgeous evocative sculpture of shepherds and their sheep. This marvellous piece of work is by Roger Dean who also created the memorial to the Exeter Blitz
