About: Birmingham company Great City Attractions Global has set up a 60m high Giant observation wheel on Plymouth Hoe. The wheel is still twice as tall as Smeaton's Tower and there are 42 capsules which each carry up to six adult and two children. Each capsule is climate controlled and the VIP capsule even has a glass floor
