About: Trentishoe Down is featured in many of the popular walks in this part of North Devon. This resting place should prove popular as the walk of six and half miles taking in Hunter's Inn via Trentishoe Down is described as: a fairly energetic self-guided walk which takes you down the grand Heddon Valley to Heddon's Mouth along-side the tumbling river. The views on the walk are described as stunning but the difficulty is described as fairly strenuous and vertiginous.
