About: Like its near neighbour at Hartland the geology at Spekes Mill Mouth is very interesting. The tide was coming in at quite a speed during our visit and we did not see any surfers in the water but several were making their way to the beach. Apparently surfers like to visit Spekes Mill for it's renowned reef brake.
