About: The ticket office for the Torquay Balloon was open but we visited a day too early as the official launch of the new balloon was expected the next day. This latest attraction at Torquay will be able to carry up to 30 people, four times an hour. The Torquay Balloon stands about 80ft high when it is fully tied down and rises 400ft in the air
