Stock Photographs

Most of the photographs available on this site are available to order for use in print or on the web.

To check the availability of an image/images please contact us and provide a list of URL's (web addresses) for the image/images required. You can copy the URL from the web browsers address bar (normally at the top).

Prices and Payment:

We offer two different prices depending on use and requirements.

Rights managed - non exclusive

£ 45.00 GBP*

Exclusive rights to an image *

£ 105.00 GBP

Should you require the image/images to be posted via CD an additional £4.00 GBP is required. We transfer images via Email, HTTP and FTP for no additional fee.

We accept payment via cheque (UK cheques only) and PayPal. We are willing to accept payment via a purchase order providing payment is made within one calendar month of the purchaser receiving an invoice for the amount owing. If you would like to discuss alternative payment methods please feel free to contact us.

IMPORTANT: We require payment in full before any image is sent. If you deadline is very tight then we may not be able to supply images in time.

PLEASE NOTE: At present we are not VAT registered.

Format and Quality.

All of our photographs are available at a resolution of 4 mega pixels or greater. This is high enough quality to print up to around A4. Many of our images are available at 8 mega pixels and higher.

All photographs are supplied in .jpg format and are as downloaded from the camera. Most images on our web site have had some form of digital manipulation. This is normally to level the horizon and lighten/darken the image as required. Should you require us to recreate this manipulation on the stock photos please specify (no charge will be made).

Licence

Rights Managed - Non exclusive licence, purchases are provided for a single use by companies on internal projects or on projects which are being created for external companies. Before the image is sent we require information on way in which the image is to be used. This information should include the format in which it is to be used, the date and the name of the publication / web site (if applicable).

In order for an image to be used again an additional licence must be purchased, any company found to be abusing our licence will be required to purchase an exclusive licence at the price above.

Our non exclusive licences do not in anyway constitute a transfer of copyright.

* Exclusive rights. Under this licence once an image is paid for in full we will delete the photograph from our system and our web site and the purchaser will become the copyright holder. This licence allows a company to resell the purchased image/s.

* GBP stands for Great Britain Pound which is the currency of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
